Cauveri was established in the year 1990 as an industrial building contracting company by Dr. S. Venkatesan. In the years to come he understood the potential for growth and ventured into industrial special flooring called "Vacuum Dewatering Flooring". Realizing the potential and need for support Ms Bharathi wife of Dr. S. Venkatesan, who was employed during that period in a private organization left her job and joined hands with her husband to strengthen the business. Together they went ahead and invested in all types of high tech equipment's and vehicles to ensure that there is no compromise on timely schedules and prompt delivery which has been the hallmark of Cauveri. With meticulous planning and execution Cauveri evolved to greater heights. During the initial period Cauveri was involved in undertaking contract work for other builders in building homes. Later realizing the potential they established their presence in the market with their maiden projects in Palur and Srirangam. As on date they have achieved in delivering 100 houses on their own. With their experience in the field of construction and having understood the nuances of the trade Cauveri wanted to give the customer the benefit of purchasing.They focussed upon identifying cost effective lands and sourcing quality materials at competitive prices which benefited in cost savings. This in turn is passed on to the customer by providing more value for money.
