He has been responsible for entire Engineering, Planning and Marketing operations of the Group as a Technical Director of D.S. Kulkarni Developers Limited since 1996. Since 2001 he is working as Jt. Managing Director of DSK Gr., while starting his own venture in partnership with Mrs. Ashwini Deshpande under the title of Sanjeevani Developers. Mrs. Ashwini Deshpande, an entrepreneur by nature, is actively involved in the operations of Sanjeevani Developers. As a Director she is also involved in the operations of DSK Motors Ltd., dealer of Toyota Vehicles in western Maharashtra region.
